It's a comfortable place to live.submitted by Tatiana D. - |Recommended: YesNice place to live in, very nice roommates and awesome ward.

Fun, social atmosphere and staff is awesome submitted by Annalie L. - |Recommended: YesLiving here is literally like living in a small village. It's cozy, fun, and social but even though there are tons of apartments there is tons of opportunities to meet new people and you always see people around the clubhouse, courtyard, hot tub etc. I love having the option of being a couch potato or going outside and meeting new people. Everyone just kinda hangs out around the property so you always run into friends The residents here are very down to earth and friendly- not stand offish or entitled like some other properties. I think everyone here has certain living standards and want quality, new apartments and also quality good people and Alpine Village has it all. The office staff goes ABOVE and beyond to make sure each resident is happy. Every time I have some weird random request I know I can go to the front office and I will be helped with a smile. I originally got regular parking but decided halfway through the semester I wanted a reserved spot but they were all full and I asked to be put on a waitlist. I was contacted a few days later with a spot opening up. I told them that I'd take it but a few weeks later contacted them again to see if a spot closer to my entrance was available in the future even though they had already helped me a ton. I got notified the moment a better spot opened up and as annoying as I was I'm grateful the staff never made me feel like a burden or unimportant. The ward I'm in YSA 164 is hands down the best ysa ward I have ever been apart of in 5 years. Bishop Keith is amazing and everyone in the ward lives at alpine village so we all basically become a little family of 190 people haha. I've renewed twice. I plan on renewing until life throws me in another direction. I'm so grateful for finding a real home and friends
response from property -We are so happy to hear that you're satisfied, Annalie! It makes sense--we give you a diet coke every time you come in, after all--but more than that we just love that we were able to meet your needs so you can relax and feel at home whenever you're in our office. Let us know if you need anything else or have ideas on ways we could improve! -Kate @Alpine Village

Great Livingsubmitted by Connor O. - |Recommended: YesClose to uvu and byu. Good community. Everything is usually well kept and super nice but sometimes things take a while to get fixed. Over all way better than any other complex in my opinion. Staff is always super friendly and nice.
response from property -Hey, Connor! Thanks for the feedback, we are so happy that you are enjoying your time here. We are actually hiring another maintenance employee so that you guys can have even FASTER response time, so if you notice us lagging from here on out please let us know. -Kate @Alpine Village
It is expensive, but a nice place to live.submitted by Amber C. - |Recommended: YesI would say it is pretty pricey, but I personally really enjoy living here. I have a great ward and I love having such a safe and generally clean place to be.
response from property -Thanks for that feedback, Amber! We are actually rolling out a new renewal program from now until the 15th that will "grandfather" you into your rent rate for this next year as well when you renew before December 15th! We've heard the word "pricey" before, so we fought to get you guys lower rates as a thank you for being awesome. We are also VERY proud of how social and fun our wards are, and we are happy that you agree! Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, and have a great weekend! -Kate @Alpine Village
It was really nicesubmitted by JJ B. - |Recommended: YesThe bedrooms are a little small but they feed you a lot so it makes up for it

Great for the most partsubmitted by Kjersten S. - |Recommended: YesI love living here and for the most part have no complaints. However, some people are way too loud at night. There's no reason to be screaming at the top of your lungs at 1am.
response from property -Thank you for letting us know, Kjersten! We agree, we want you to be able to sleep! We actually are doing a new patrol program now so that we can keep all noise past quiet hours to a reasonable level. We are glad that you love living here, and we will continue to strive to make your experience better!
Fun Atmosphere, but...submitted by Jake H. - |Recommended: YesAlpine Villiage has a fun atmosphere and great wards the only reason I stick around . The pool and clubhouse are great. Parking is generally available. The gym is good, but some of the machines don't work. On the downside, the units that are located on Freedom Blvd have an issue with the noise and heat level. It is as if there is no insulation in the wall. The interior wall becomes hot from the sun, and you can hear each car that passes by and the voices of people talking outside. Lastly, the utility bill is absurd. I understand that we are billed what the water and electric companies bill Alpine Villiage for, but Alpine Villiage has the responsibility to ensure that we are not being taken advantage of by the utility companies, which I often feel is the case.
response from property -Hi, Jake! Thank you for taking the time to review us. I appreciate your honesty, and because of yours and others' complaints, we have reached out to Provo City to learn more about their fee structure when it comes to your utilities. This summer especially we noticed higher charges, and I utilized reviews like yours to leverage our concerns with Provo. It is a process to fight for you, but we do feel it is what is best for you and for us as well. Thank you for letting us know how you feel, and for giving us the opportunity to begin to resolution process! We are sincerely grateful for your input.
Overall a pretty good place to livesubmitted by Cassidy L. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live but could use more cabinet space in the kitchens, some layout chairs around the pool would be nice and better blinds in the common area. The ones already there break very easily.
response from property -Hi, Cassidy! Thanks for your feedback, and that's good info to hear about the blinds! We are also looking at getting chairs, so thank you for letting us know that's important to you! We have loved having you here! :) -Kate @Alpine Village
